Texas Bond Company Uses Craiglist to Find Fugitives |

FORT WORTH, TX - A Texas bail agent is taking a creative approach to finding defendants who skipped out on bail; he's posting an ad on Craiglist. E.B. Nance is using the popular community message board known for buying and selling furniture and finding apartments to locate three clients who have skipped bail.

"Dog" Co-Star Timothy Chapman Found Not Guilty |

HONOLULU, HI - Timothy Chapman, co-star of "Dog the Bounty Hunter" was found not guilty of indecent exposure by the state of Hawaii. He earlier had charges of terroristic threats dismissed.

Broward County, FL to Limit Pretrial Release Program |

BROWARD COUNTY, FL - The Broward County Commission has approved an ordinance that limits the number of people in the local pretrial release program. While this is beneficial to the Broward County bail agents and community, not all members of the public approve this decision.

Over $1 Billion in Bail Owed to Philadelphia |

PHILADELPHIA, PA - Philadelphia, a city with no commercial bail, is owed over $1 billion by defendants who have skipped their court dates, according to a report by The Philadelphia Inquirer.
