Facebook Photos Help Bust Bail Violator
Erika Scoliere found out the hard way what happens when you violate a condition of your bail, then post pictures of the violation on Facebook.com. Scoliere is currently on bail after being charged with reckless homicide and aggravated DUI stemming from a 2007 car accident that killed a motorcyclist.

Fugitive Escapes By Dangling Baby Over Bridge
Tennessee recovery agents were taking Jonah Floyd to booking when the unexpected happen. According to the recovery agents, Floyd jumped out of the moving van with his 10-month old daughter and held her over an overpass bridge.

Though Deputy Public Defend Bill Schowe had been trying to force charges against Duane Chapman for false reporting and attempting to influence a public servant, Fourth Judicial District Judge J. Patrick Kelly refused the charges.
