"Dog" Co-Star Timothy Chapman Not Guilty

February 03, 2009  |  by Collateral Staff  |

A Hawaiian judge found Timothy Chapman of "Dog the Bounty Hunter" fame not guilty of indecent exposure.

Chapman was arrested a year ago after allegedly exposing himself to a woman in a shopping center parking lot then driving towards a security guard. He was charged with indecent exposure for the incident, along with terroristic threatening. Chapman has claimed all along that he had spilled juice on his pants and was in the back seat of his SUV with tinted windows taking his pants off to dry them. The judge ruled in his favor on Monday, February 2nd, finding him not guilty of indecent exposure.

The terroristic threatening charge against Champan was dismissed last week after the judge found no evidence that Chapman actually threatened the security guard by driving towards him.
