Bondsman Sign Raises Eyebrows

TOWSON, MD -- Double D Bail Bonds has not even opened for business, but already has local residents talking. The bail bond company has placed a sign on Chesapeake Avenue, depicting a buxom woman wearing handcuffs and a bikini with the letter D imprinted on each breast. Some residents find the sign funny or eye-catching while others find it offensive. Some have also suggested that its location is inappropriate, as the public library is just across the street. A Baltimore County Spokeswoman has told media that the sign does not violate any rules and has been permitted.
