Update On Quaid Bail Bond

SANTA BARBARA, CA -- Santa Barbara Bail Bonds put up a $1 million bail for Evi and Randy Quaid. The actor and his wife then fled to Canada and have not made any court appearances. Now a county judge will determine whether the bond is forfeited or whether the bond company can recoup its money. A decision in the case could be reached by the middle of December.
