Wife, Bondsman Seek Missing Fugitive

WINCHESTER, VA -- Samuel Abrell is a fugitive, wanted on outstanding warrants. His bondsman (from Backus Bailbonding) is looking for him, but so is his wife, Dora Abrell, who needs to find her estranged husband in order to complete divorce proceedings. Dora Abrell alleges that police are not doing enough to find the fugitive, even though she has shared information with them regarding where her husband may be hiding.
