LIMA, OH -- Esther Wangler is suing bondsman Darryl Ables, claiming that the bondsman took advantage of her grief following the arrest of Wangler’s husband, Mark Wangler. Mark Wangler was convicted of killing his first wife this year. Esther Wangler alleges that Ables took one million dollars for her husband’s bond. Ables was already convicted of aggravated theft by deception in a criminal case and was ordered to pay $56,000 to Esther Wangler.
